The Mayor of Hebron, Dr. Daoud Zatari, met Yann Fridez, Head of Sub-delegation at South-west Bank, who was accompanied by Dina Jabari, Officer at ICRC headquarter in Hebron with a view to discuss corporation opportunities regarded the Palestinians have been detained by the Israeli Authorities. The meeting was also attended by members from Hebron's Municipal Council.
After welcoming the delegation, Dr. Zatari spoke about the suffering of Hebron's H2 area citizens from the Israeli violent forces, and how the Israeli authorities prevent Hebron Municipality from executing development projects and building industrial zones aimed at enhancing the living condition. He also underlined the need to joint cooperation to provide assistance for the Palestinians whom held in detention, and to protect Palestinian from the Vicious attacks by settlers.
Moreover, Fridez expressed his readiness to make corporation with Hebron Municipality to facilitate visits between detainees and their families, " the ICRC's mission make an action plan to improve the Palestinians daily living conditions", he added.
