The implementation of education projects as well health-care programs, in addition to the discussion made over constructing new schools, health-care centers, Turkish-Palestinian Cultural Center, also providing sustenance for the needies and scholarships for superior students were among issues discussed between Hebron Mayor, Dr. Daoud Zatari, and a delegation from KIMSE YOK Mu (Turkish Association for Relief). The delegation was chaired by Haron Nutac, President of the Association, Izzat Abassi, the Association Advisor, Ibrahim Aroz and Ayoub Tuc.
The Discussion mainly based on construction of two schools in Hebron, where Hebron Municipality provides the lands and the Association offers financiers. It also deals with executing a Health-care Center with an efficient medical staff to ensure covering the Southern Area's needs, and it is worth mentioning that the project's total value could amount to $ 4 million. Moreover, the discussion sought at embracing the recent graduated students by creating job opportunities at the Turkish Association Institutions, and at assisting Hebron's needy citizens particularly in Ramadan holy month.
Dr. Zatari then affirmed Hebron Municipality's interest to completely provide the needed assistance to implement the mentioned projects in order to provide the civilians a decent living condition.
On other side, Mr. Nutac appreciated the efforts exerted by Hebron Municipality to achieve such projects. He underlined the association willingness to establishment a cultural center that could be considered as a connecting link between the association and the municipality to serve at most the poor and the needies.
After exchanging symbolic gifts, a site visit was made to have a look on the proposed location for constructing schools, then, the delegation toured the Old City where they visited Al-Ibrahimi Mosque.
