    Hebron Municipality Discusses IT Park Project With Italian Experts


     Hebron Mayor Dr. Daoud Zatari discussed the opportunity of implementing Information Technology Park at the City of Hebron with Mr. Davide Damasso, the Director of Turin Environment Park Research and Project Development Department who was also accompanied by Dr. Antonio La Rocca, the Director of PMSP. This project concerns with Competent Authorities of IT to evolving the different sectors of the city well as curbing the unemployment. .

    The meeting of the Technology Park was also attended by Dr. Salah Al hussaini a Municipal Council Memebr, Maher Owaiwi The General Manager, as well as Mr. Anan Bader the Procurement Director.
     
    After welcoming the delegation Dr. Zatari underlined the importance of having IT park in Hebron, stressing on the Park's functions in enhancing investments in Palestine, indicating to possibility of curbing the unemployment. He then presented various mechanisms to ensuring the sustainability of IT park project at Hebron City.
     
    Mr. Damasso thanked Hebron Municipality for warm hosting and reception, and he afterwards touched on Turin's Science and Technology Park for Environment and he mentioned the positive effectiveness of the project on the society.
     
    Another session of discussing IT Project which was attended by Mr. Jawdi Abu Sneineh the Deputy Mayor of Hebron, Mr. Maher Owaiwi the General Manager, Eng. Naser jweles a Representative of Ministry of National Economy, Mr. Sa'd Jaradat, a Representative of Palestine Business Forum, Eng. Jawad Al Saied a Representative of Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr.Munther Juneidi a Representative of Ministry of Local Government, well as Eng. Ayman Sultan a Representative of Palestine Polytechnic University was held to polarize  Stakeholders support on implementing the project, being familiar with functions and services provided by the Technology Park well as discussing the opportunity of making a feasibility study on the project.
     
    By the end of the meeting, the project's specific details and references were being clarified throughout cooperation with various local authorities, to ensuring a project serves inhabitants and students needs for a recent living condition.
