Hebron Municipality organized a Youth Festival in cooperation with KOICA and SCH University at KPC . The Festival which was attended by more than 500 participants contained various activities which was entitled by " a beautiful smile " .
The festival came as Coronation for the closure of Korean Palestinian Project which intended to publicize the Korean culture through training programs , languages and music classes. Dr. Rushdia Abu Hadeed a member of municipal council accompanied by Maher Owaiwi the General Manager, Kim Min the head of Asan Youth Education and Culture Center and also the representative of SCH University in addition to Kim Young-Woo the head of KOICA , as well as Saeed Al khatib the head of KPC took apart in the held festival .
After welcoming the attendances , Mr. Kim Min spoke about the dreams that he hoped to achieve in Palestine where promoting the ties between Korea and Palestine and signing the twinning agreement between KPC and ASAN Center were among the issues to achieve on the ground .
Dr. Abu Hadeed underlined the importance of the programs presented by Hebron Municipality in different fields for youth and children and she stressed on the close ties between Korea and Palestine .
The festival contained different shows of music ,painting on faces , Sawa Band, in addition to shows presented by Korean team .
By the end of the festival , Mr. Alkhatib thanked the participants for their efforts throughout the last period , he also touched on the role the center played in evolving the cultural , technical and cognitive creativity for both youth and children .
