In the meeting with Fatah Central Committee, the Palestinian Political Party, Dr. Daoud Zatari called to put the Old City's dwellers' serious humanitarian situation, promoting their resistance well as ending the excessive use of force by Israeli Occupation  on the top of Fatah's priority. "The Israeli acts of terrorism that have been perpetrated against the innocent inhabitants are violating the international laws call for human rights, and the ongoing construction of the Israeli Settlements thus distortion of Al-Ibrahim Mosque are considered as primary phases of judaization the Mosque, furthermore, these acts are going against Hebron Protocol that gives Hebron Municipality the right to control over the City's historical assets" added mayor.

 

The meeting which was attended by Dr. Jamal Muheisen, Fatah Central Committee's member who was accompanied by Emad Khurwat the Fatah's secretary, in the presence of Hebron's Municipal Council Members, aimed at making discussions on Hebron's Old City's political condition in addition to get a first-hand view of Israeli Occupations' illegal measures and practices against the citizens. 

 

Dr. Zatari then lauded the role played by Fatah Committee in supporting the Old City's inhabitants, and called World Human Rights Organization to exert pressure on Israel to end the illegitimate occupation.

 

Dr. Muheisen has shown Fatah Central Committee great commitment to continue their support to Palestine's Cities with particular attention to Hebron's Old City well as Al-Ibrahimi Mosque. "The Palestinian Leadership chaired by Palestine's President Mahmoud Abbas daily show more concern to Hebron's Old City Condition in order to alleviate the plight and suffers of the dwellers" He said.

 

By the end of the meeting, the attendances agreed on promoting the steadfastness of the inhabitants and confronting Israeli acts of violence.
